Equity Ratio

The equity ratio is the ratio (%) of net worth (SE501) to total assets (SE436).

The equity ratio measures a farm’s solvency and financial risk, indicating its ability to withstand losses and meet financial commitments over the long term. The higher the equity ratio, the greater the solvency and the lower the financial risk.
