About EconomyDoctor

EconomyDoctor compiles research-based information on agriculture and horticulture, as well as other sectors of the bioeconomy. The service is based primarily on data from the Natural Resources Institute Finland’s profitability accounting records, as well as data from the European Union’s Farm Accountancy Data Network (FADN) and Farm Sustainability Data Network (FSDN). In EconomyDoctor, you’ll find economic, structural, and environmental indicators, statistics, comparisons, and reports to support decision-making, research, teaching, and development.

EconomyDoctor generates results based on the user’s selections from service-specific source data, in accordance with the filtering, classification, weighting, and calculation rules defined within the service.
